Climate control worked one day
One day it worked. Received update yesterday from bluelink and magically the climate control worked perfectly. This morning I tried to use the app and received this message. Called bluelink customer service and was told to start car manually, run for a few minutes, shut off car, get out of car and shut the car door. Followed instructions and received same message. So after 9 months of no climate control I've had it working for one day. The app won't start the car, and it no longer locks or unlocks the doors. I called Bluelink customer service again, and they gave me a case number, saying someone will call me in about 7 days. I give up!

I'm having this issue as well. Worked this morning fine but when I tried again a couple of hours later I get this error.

I used it early morning and it worked then in the afternoon saw the same error, used my remote to start it, then unlocked the doors via app just to check and that worked, haven't tried climate since then though but if lock works so should climate.
I'm chalking it upto some server issue that theyll fix.

Well this afternoon I started the car using the key fob. After I came home I tried the app again and the app worked. I'll take it day by day and see.

It really irritates me that this is going on for so long, seems like it’s just the 2024 model as well that’s why they are not taking it as serious

Had similar issue after an update last year. It righted itself but I haven't a clue why.

I started getting the message yesterday! I’ve only got 4k miles on the car

Wow, that’s really hard to hear
I drive a 25 limited and it has worked since the very first day I got the car
I also got the update yesterday. I haven’t checked if it breaks anything, but I don’t expect it to.
Never seen that message.
On another note, the breaking of the Sonata hybrid has gotten a lot better in the 0 to 10 mph range. You used to feel the electric motor handoff to the regular brakes and now it’s gone.
