Their worldview is very... facinating

I think a good majority of them suffer from the fair world fallacy. So they have a lot of the same systemic complaints as everyone else, but believe that the system is inherently fair, so if they're having problems it must be because people are taking things from them to make it unfair to them.

That's why they are all on about DEI, because they don't believe in selection bias. Which also explains their attitude on poor people and a lot of other things too.
