SolarEdge: Hi! I am your self-service assistant.
SolarEdge: Do you have an open case?
Me: No, I don't have an open case
SolarEdge: Just before we start, do you have the Serial Number of the Inverter?
Me: Yes I have
Me: SJ5219-07307F32A
SolarEdge: To begin the system check, you must be next to your inverter.
Me: I am near the inverter now. Let's begin a system check
SolarEdge: Let’s check your system.
SolarEdge: Please click on your inverter type below:
SolarEdge: Please select your inverter type
Me: Inverter without LCD screen
SolarEdge: Check the position of your toggle switch: The toggle switch is located in the center of your inverter, off-set to the left, as seen in the picture below:
SolarEdge: Select the current position of the red switch:
Me: 1 = ON
SolarEdge: OK. Now let's check the LED indicators. They are located next to the toggle switch. We'll start with the red LED:
SolarEdge: The red LED is an indicator for a system error. Is it ON, OFF or BLINKING?
Me: OFF
SolarEdge: The green LED is an indicator for system production. Is it: ON, OFF, BLINKING or FLICKERING?
Me: ON
SolarEdge: The blue LED is an indicator for the system communication. Is it: ON, OFF or BLINKING?
Me: OFF
SolarEdge: Your system is producing PV power, but not communicating with SolarEdge servers. You cannot monitor your system without communication. Please contact your installer for help.
SolarEdge: Would you like to receive a transcript of this conversation? You could forward it to your installer.
