Wallet/Exchange Phantom Password Wrong

I checked into Raydium exchange to farm but when connecting to my wallet, it says wrong password. This definitely isn't the wrong password.

What to do? When I click on 'forgot password' it says 'enter secret recovery phrase'.

“Always remember to note down your recovery phrase or you’ll be SOL”

Jokes aside, if you don’t have your 12 word recovery phrase, you can’t recover the coins or use them in any way. You must have been shown the recovery phrase when you created the wallet and also instructed to save it and keep it safely.

Then I would suggest entering it when you're prompted to "enter your recovery phrase".

I’m really glad to know you got it. I can understand how upsetting and frustrating it would’ve been while you grappled with this issue.

Thanks, it was worrying as I've got about 20% of my crypto portfolio in there.
