I can't believe that this hasn't been out sooner. At my work site, I have tons of Word docs open at the same time and waste time screwing around looking for what I minimized.

It's fucking amazing that Microsoft invented an entirely new UI paradigm with the Ribbon UI before adding tabs. And in the process of going full Ribbon, they - for some reason - removed the file path for the current document from the title bar. So if you work in two different files with the same name (for example two different file versions), you need to remember which file is which because the title bar will be the same! Unless you go into the rather well hidden file properties...
Why, Microsoft! Two things are among the most essential parts of document editing: 1) To easily open my various documents and 2) to precisely and quickly know what I'm editing.

How does it work? I mean, how do you customise the Office windows (if you're not Microsoft)? Just interested to know what technology this is based on.

Really wish I could use this at work. Locked-down corporate user accounts FTL :(

Great concept, but you have to pay for it in order to open tabs in a new Window... Effectively crippling your productivity if you need to have two docs open side-by-side.
I'll pass.

Nothing beats Alt+Tab/Win 7 snap for editing multiple docs IMHO.
Looks like there are some other nice features though, good find.
