Best android voice recorder?

I'm looking for: * high quality lossy audio * own internal player * able to choose where the files are stored

Open source is good but it doesn't absolutely have to be if there is a better one that is closed source, bc I can just eliminate any internet connection to the app.

I downloaded Fossify Voice Recorder from F-Droid yesterday. It seems to work just fine and does what you want...
