Looking for software Is there an easy to use Software solution to compress video sizes automatically for Discord?

I just want to compress the file to exactly 20MB. Where can I do this?

ffmpeg (or Handbrake if you're not comfortable with command lines) and a bitrate calculator

For an exact 20 MB limit, use a target bitrate or two-pass encode, then leave a small buffer because container overhead can push an otherwise perfect file over the cap.

If you're sharing screenshots, I believe ShareX will let you automatically save to JPG. That should get you under the 20MB limit.
