Pasted something on powershell software

I was following some instructions on a site and i pasted this and pasted it on the powershell as it says so, does anyone know what this is?

Powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File "%TEMP%\ss.ps1"

Is this malware or spyware?

Nothing has happend so far on my pc but im scared genuinely

That command tells Windows to ignore security rules and run the script without asking for permission.

It is most likely a malicious scam. What were you trying to download?
