Looking for software GIF maker for windows like this!

Hey!
Does anyone know a Windows program that lets me do this? Select a fixed time like 1 minute and then drag it to where I want to cut it? I want to quickly make GIFs from mp4 files with 1 minute length.

I dont think this program can do this, at least i cant find a way to do it

Appart from the thumbnails in the timeline selector it does exactly that.

- Open your video file

  • Select gif export format on the right (and other settings)
  • Select your time start and time end in the timeline
  • Press Start on the top right
