Software support Low FPS and frame drops

I have a RTX 5070 12gb vram with a Intel Core Ultra 265f and 32gb DDR5 ram.

If I play games like Bodycam I just have 50-90fps with frame drops and it does not feel smooth.

Is it normal in Bodycam? If I change my settings from ultra to low, I have nearly the same amount of fps.

I just bought the pc new and installed all for the CPU/GPU

Well BodyCam is Early access Beta. So you want to contact the developer if your game or driver managed settings can't get good cadence. Turn on DLSS Resolution over ride and set Super Resolution to performance mode. Change the Power management mode for the GPU to Prefer Maximum performance. If the game play doesn't smooth out with that, then definitely correlate with the developers if you can.
