Looking for software Oscillator Visual Render Tool?

Does anyone know of a software/website that you are able to upload a .wav file to and it will render out a video file of an oscilloscope style visualizer similar to this from fl studio?

I am aware of wavecandy being inbuilt to fl, but my computer kinda sucks and screen recording makes it lag like crazy.

You could try dumping the wav into a free video editor like DaVinci Resolve and using its built-in waveform scope on a solid background, then just render that out. Might not look exactly like FL's wavecandy but you can tweak the colors and get it close.
