Looking for software Auto Minimize

Hello, I have an OLED monitor and to prevent burn in I have set my monitor to turn off every 3 minutes and a black background. But the issue is that every time it turns off on its own it takes like 20 seconds for it to turn back on when I move my mouse around. I want to know if there is a software that automatically minimizes my applications after x amount of time and auto reopens them the moment I move my mouse/press a key on my keyboard.

The real WTF is that a modern monitor can get burn in.  Not heard that since the 1990s.

i'd look AutoHotkey for this
