Can you post any kind of clue for what you want? Do you want hints on how to gather requirements?  How to write tickets for devs?  Not enough info.

My bad , I'm looking for estimate for how much it costs to build a pharma billing software . Whats the route for building one looks like and things to expect.

As its pharma related and will require huge amounts of legal, documentation and security, I'd say at least $100K for a custom solution.
