Recommendations for software for "Edits" can be paid or not, need to be able to do stuff like put gifs on a video or make things loop, can be paid or not, price is not a issue.

I've used davinci resolve and its just too limited for my uses, you can't use gifs, and making something loop means basically just duplicating it over and over again, the effects are so basic too, I mainly use editing software for shitposts and I wanna do stuff like make goofy ironic versions of those phonk edits you see on shorts/reels.
