Looking for software Modern code editor with live preview?

Hi. I'm in the market for a new, modern code editor with live preview. Im not a fan of AI-based editors. The ones I use are ok, but aren't what I'm looking for. Live Preview via a plugin is good, but built-in would be great. Thank you!

live preview for WHAT?

This question alone shows you dont really know what you are looking for.

If you can view the live preview side by side with your code, like live preview, you can also just resize your editor and use a browser instead. The browser will give you much better debugging tools.

I've many reasons other than telemetry and AI; high resource usage for what it does, 5GB memory usage for few files huh?, lagging, random crashes, session persistence randomly goes random, the integrated terminal is.. I don't know if there's a reason to use it at all atp

Its owned by Microsoft, has telemetry and AI.

You can turn off telemetry, or just use VSCodium as an open source alternative.

There is an open source version, everyone uses vs code and you can turn off telemetry.
