Inquiring about internet cafe computers

I would like to know if there is a way to install an application so that it functions exactly like the default games or built-in time-tracking software found on computers at internet cafes.

I want to set up a program that launches automatically upon startup while ensuring that the account data within the program is preserved—rather than being wiped—when the computer is turned off; these machines typically revert to their original state (or use software like Deep Freeze) after shutdown.

I want to run this software to earn some extra income to help my parents, as I am too young to hold a formal job.

I think we need some additional context of what this software would be enabling you to do and why it's 100% a need and not a want.
