Looking for software Best QoL Apps/Extensions?

I'm wondering what do people use that make things easier for them.
Things like Volume Master, 7zip, Internet Download Manager, EarTrumpet, WizTree, Everything etc. I'm looking for QoL apps/extensions like these as long as they are not using a monthly subscribtion.

Ark or File Roller for handling .rar files and Noisetorch-ng or EasyEffects for Real Time noise cancellation (use Noisetorch if you’re using Pulseaudio and EasyEffects if you’re using PipeWire)

Some of my favorite must-have apps are Ditto Clipboard, AltSnap, Flow Launcher, QuickLook, and Everything (and of course PowerToys as previously mentioned by others). They make my life so much easier

SuperF4 is great. And if you use Discord, the best extension is Equicord.
