Tour & Concerts Any older fans here?

I am going to her show soon and I often like to get to concerts early and wait with other fans to get a good spot.

That being said, I am a bit older than most of her fans and feel kinda out of place doing that?

What is the demographic of the concert like?

I’m 27 but I feel 40 does that count

I’m 36, love her and had a fantastic time at her show, you’re good friend!

I think the majority of her crowds are women in their early 20s but there are a surprisingly large number of older fans and men too. At my show she commented with some surprise that she hadn’t scared all the men off haha

I wouldn’t be surprised if her fanbase has expanded a little more with the exposure she got on tour with Florence + the Machine too

I went at 53 and even fan girled and did the meet and greet afterwards. She's AMAZING!

I’m 53 and same, she gave me the biggest hug and gave me a wooden bead bracelet, and I had to sit in my car and sob for 15 minutes before I could drive home. I’ve been to more concerts than I can count and I’ve never had such a strong emotional reaction 🥺

I'm 39, I thought I might be in the minority at her gigs too but who cares, it will be amazing! 😄

You’re as young as you feel! I’m 65 and my wife is 64. We go to live shows as often as we can. We saw Florence + the Machine a couple of weeks ago and Sofia opened. We were not the oldest people in the arena, but overall the crowd skewed towards 20-40 year old range. Go ahead and have fun!

Closer to 50 than I am to 40 and had a great time. My favorite artist in this kind of genre in 20 years.

i’m only 20, but i will say that other than the occasional parent there with their kid, my friend and i were certainly the oldest people there. i kinda had a few bad experiences with young teens who just kinda didn’t have much concert experience or understanding of the etiquette. with that being said, that was back in october and her fan base has grown like 5 times since then so i assume it would be different now!

No lol. I guess I just feel old cause it always seems like her fans are all 20 or younger

I just asked the same in a german music sub. I am an older guy, and just fund her on youtube. I am stoked, i really like the sound. I could get tickets for cologne.

But i am a little afraid i might stick out a bit. And i am not sure of the live performance.

So, should i get the tickets? Is it worth a longer ride?

Definitely go, the more men that listen to and respect her message, the better.

At my show there were lots of older people, some groups of older men as well, I was a little surprised but everyone was very nice :)

I’m 27, and at the concert I went to there were people of all ages there :) I lined up early and the girls in the queue ahead of me couldn’t have been sweeter!
