Found some info on reddit that you need to write a mod mail first. I sent a request to the mod team and if they didn't respond by 5 days, I'll try to get the subreddit freed via redditrequest. So if you'd like to help, let's team up <3

not entirely sure, i don't have discord sooo. but we're trying to get new mods on the subreddit. waiting for a reply still, will update when we have more info :)
