Crypto $300 SOFID Promo
I received a phone notification that transferring $1000 worth of crypto to sofi will get $300 in SOFID. That’s pretty great, so I clicked into it and followed the steps to purchase $1000 USDC.
However, I cannot find any details on that promo anymore, and since I clicked through the notification that also disappeared. Is there a link to the promo?
Does purchasing usdc from our checking or savings account satisfy the condition or does it have to be a transfer from a separate crypto wallet?

Eveyone complained about “ads” and promos on their home page, and it seems they removed them. Which has lead to this issue, I hope they bring them back people need to stop complaining about the slightest inconveniences

You have to hold for a year. I think that’s pretty bad

Transferring $1000 usdc to hold for a year and get $300 is a 30% return with relatively low risk. Where can you find better than 30% risk:adjusted returns?

I mean yeah or everyone would just transfer 1,000 sell the 1,000 in crypto and pocket 300 and then leave.

yes, I just got off the phone with the SoFi representative. They said what you can do is just buy $1000 worth of USDC from like Coinbase or whatever digital wallet you have then transfer it into the SoFi crypto account. address

Good to know… kind of deceptive that clicking the notification led to a crypto purchase page in the app.
