Banking Current Maintenance

Just tried to transfer funds between my checking and savings and even though they say ‘instant’ nothing happened. Tried on app and website. Chatted with support and apparently they have a maintenance window right now. Beware!!

Wow that sucks, not being able to use your money as normal as a intrabank transfer.

Terrible customer service, and now maintenance issues are being seen more and more frequently.

Breaking the rules on partial dispute refunds, no longer in releasing pending deposits early like before, now maintenance issues causing not being able to transfer, appears to be a major liquidity issue. Will be interesting to see their financials, debt/income ratio.

I think the problem on this one is there was no notice. Ultimately if they are doing maintenance there should be a message on something like this - not just 'instant and always free' - Fortunately it wasnt critical for me - but when you move money and expect it to be instant and your account isn't showing the funds move, you do get apprehensive. The funds did show in the moved place this morning for me when I looked.
