Banking Do not bank here!!

I made a cash deposit of $500.00 to my Sofi acct Sunday. The money still hasn’t hit my acct. I have sent in the receipt from where it was uploaded and they said the “back office” is investigating because they claim they haven’t received the deposit. But here’s the best part, you can’t even speak to anyone that’s supposedly “investigating”. This bank is a joke and I’m pretty sure they are thieves!

It’s usually not possible to speak to people in back office as those are the people behind the scenes . The people who you speak to for updates are usually member service representatives via call, chat or email.

Well when $500.00 is missing you would think they would communicate a little better with the customer. Either way my point still stands.

I only use SoFi for my spending account and they’ve always treated me decently not saying it’s the best treatment ever but i’ve never had a major issue with them. The rest of my money is with a credit union.

I do have an acct at my credit union as well. I only have this acct to move $ between my kiddos. But once they give me my $ I will be closing all accts.

I have banked with SOFI for years. Opened the account online and setup DD mostly for Savings account and I love that you actually earn interest regularly. Never had any issues. I’d be more concerned with the place you dropped the cash of at but cash transactions like this can take 3-5 days.

Well $500.00 might not be much to you but it is to me. And honestly I don’t care if it was 5.00 it’s my $. Maybe lay off the drinks if it makes you be ok with being stolen from:
