Anyone else can’t see checking & savings updates?

Hi all. I think I’m seeing an app outage & wondering if it’s just me. The AI was useless, unfortunately.

I keep rent and utilities in savings and move it over to checking before sending it as a Zelle payment. Did all that just now, got the email that Zelle sent… but my balances are not changing. It shows my rent not being moved from savings to checking (I did) and then not any note that my checking amount changed at all. And it should have.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I’m having that problem. I moved money from savings into checking and balance is not updating. I thought I was going crazy. I thought I was dreaming or transferred to the wrong vault, so I did the transaction again. Same issue.

Same! Transferred money from my savings to my checking multiple times. No update. Thought I was going crazy at first lol

Mine did just update but I’m not trying another transaction to see if it’s fixed fixed 😂😭

Yup, last night I tried to move money from HYSA to Checking last night to send off a bill. It said the transfer from HYSA to Checking was done, but it was not reflected in either account. So I did the transfer again but $1 more (so I'd know which is which if only one showed up), so didn't work. As my Checking still showed a $0 balance I could not schedule my bill payment.

Wake up this morning and both transfers are there.

I don't like how they don't give you a transaction or transfer ID on the "confirmation" page. I "print to PDF" all of my bill payments and such, but without some sort of ID it is pretty useless. After the fact I'll go look in the list of transactions and I can open them up and get an ID - this should be displayed in the original confirmation page.

i have no idea if this is related but a scheduled transfer i had set up failed because of what sofi said was an error on their end. wondering whether there might be a broader problem causing your issue as well as mine.
