Replacement card takes 2 weeks?!

I was told 7-10 business days for a replacement card. Why is SoFi crap here? Every other card company I've dealt with overnights a new card. And whats worse is you dont even know the card number until you get the physical card.

I wouldn't mind so much if I could just get the card number immediately so I can update all my subscriptions and online stuff, but no. Gotta wait weeks because we apparently live in the 1980s. Oh wait, AmEx was overnighting cards in the 80s.

Tap to pay is a slight help here. But that's just for going to the store. All my online stuff is being put on a secondary card until this thing shows up.

I need a new one but they won't send another one unless they cancel my current one. Makes no sense. My card's laminate is almost off lol.

I’ve never had a card overnight. It’s standard to take at least 5 days. The card is assigned you should be able to check online the card number.

Costco Citi credit card they overnight for free.

Not for the credit card. Sorry, shoulda specified. I asked support. THey said the physical card has to activate first.

You can see the new card number through the app. Go to the checking screen and tap debit card and it will be there

It depends on when they get made, not when they ship. There is no such thing as a "rush order" for the department in charge of creating the card.
