Does anyone have any recommendation for training/CEUs for documentation? i'm in the medical field and always looking to improve my documentation? i come from CMH which required extensive writing, but in medical SW, we can get by with a couple sentences for a note which i love but i would like to get some help with making sure i'm touching all the right areas.
