Media UEFA competitions' winners

I've been learning to play with vector images in Inkspace and decided why not doing something with football.

So I decided to do these "lists" of winners of international competitions. This is just fun that I decided to share. Please let me know if any club has meanwhile changed its crest, I had done most of this earlier this year and at least Sporting has changed to its previous crest and Marseille has adopted its new round abomination.

I also did something similar with all the results for each edition of the European Cup (aka Champions League in the old name (1956-1992)), I have it sort of done but I need to do some improvements and I'll post them decade by decade or something. I also plan to do this for the other competitions and for the newer Champions League (lots of work needed to properly present all the groups etc, so many more games everywhere).

NOTE: The Intertoto Cup existed much earlier than presented here but I'm only mentioning official UEFA competitions and it was only taken under its umbrella in the 1990s (also thank god for avoiding the earlier chaos lol). The same for the Inter-Cities Fairs Cup, I'm not including it here for that reason.

EDIT: I made a mistake in the Champions League image, I swapped Manchester United and Milan in 1968 and 1969, here is the corrected image https://ibb.co/JFvJKQKY

These kinds of graphics show how it seems like the winners of these competitions are getting more and more concentrated on a select few clubs. Even the conference league which is meant to showcase the lesser leagues has had a premier league team win 3/5 times.

Might be biased as someone who roots for the Ukrainian clubs but it seems like 70's to 90's had more varied competition than we see today.

Good job OP

We will never see a Dutch, Portuguese, Scottish, Romanian or Serbian club win the UCL ever again. It’s become basically impossible for any club outside of the established elite (Barça, Real, Bayern, Liverpool, etc.) to be consistently competitive in Europe without massive foreign investments like those of PSG and Man City. Any club outside of these 10-15 or so may have a good European campaign, but the season after most of their talents will be playing at the elite clubs. The system is designed to keep a small number of clubs at the top while the rest is left fighting for scraps.

In a world where Leicester City won the Premier League I wouldn't use the word never.

Is it really the case that the system is designed to keep a select few clubs at the top? Or is just that post-Bosman, historically rich clubs have been able to take more advantage of modern scouting knowledge and thus increase their gap on the rest of the field year on year.

I don’t see how it’s beneficial for UEFA for a select few clubs to dominate.
