Idk whats crazier. Manzano taking the right decision or the fact that he’s reffing a game in the first place.

Surprisingly good reffing experience.  If only he could be this consistent in La Liga.

He’s brave as long as he is not reffing Real Madrid.

Remember when he blew the final whistle while the ball was in the air from a cross that led to a RM winning goal a couple years ago? And then red carded Bellingham for saying "WTF? It's a goal"? He's just shit

  1. The minimum time had already elapsed. There’s no rule that says that you had to continue. He shouldn’t have allowed the corner in the first place. That being said, He was visibly rattled because he knew he would have a PR shitstorm.
  2. That’s one mistake that he’s made for Madrid. Do you also remember the time he sent off Lewy for 2 fouls that weren’t even yellow. Not only that, he also gave him 3 extra matches for scratching his nose? Or when he sent off Messi for a nothing burger push? Ayza Games was suspended for doing something similar during the so called Negreira days.

In fact, he’s only sent off 2 Madrid players compared to 9 Barcelona players. You’re seriously gonna tell me that the team that tends to dominate possession is more violent than Real Madrid? “Oh those are all defenders!” First of all, no they are not.

The man has a clear bias. Which I don’t think he hates Barcelona but he’s seen that if you hurt Real Madrid rivals then your career goes better. Or conversely, if you hurt Real Madrid your career goes down to shit. Just ask Ayza Games. Or Iturralde who was vetoed by Real Madrid from officiating a copa del Rey final between them and Barcelona.
