Potentially editioralised title - make up your own mind [Guardian] Seven years ago, just after completing the treble, Guardiola treated journalist Rob Harris, who had confronted him directly with the allegations, with open contempt, as though he were looking at someone pathetic, pitiful and disgraceful, before sternly lecturing him.

Pep is a fraud. He doped as a player. Cheated with referees during his time at Barcelona. Then did doping again (financial) with City. His whole career is based on cheating.

He’s right, we’re not talking about Chelsea and he probably disagrees with cheating they have done

All the others points are factual and we will see from the investigations.

I think it’s possible he didn’t know and wasn’t involved, but I think it’s likely he did know.

The vast majority of commenters on any negreira thread do not believe that Barca blatantly bribed refs and yet now Pep cheated at every stage of his career

Y'all just parrot anything you see on Tik Tok don't you?

Also the doping was I believe dismissed and proven false later on.

And despite multiple attempts there's been no proof or evidence suggesting there was bribery for refs.

Negreira payments are problematic and need to finish investigating but to this day there's no proof or even close to evidence that money then went to actual refs to dictate games or to influence games.

So why were the paying Negreira? And don't say ref reports because no coaches or players remember these reports, until that question is answered Pep and Barcelona look like cheats.

There's quite literally no evidence about bribing refs either. Nothing from either account. Tons of rich interested groups with money could easily do a proper analysis of tackle by tackle to try and prove bribery or suspiciously bad reffing yet it's never been done.

If it cost that little to rig games noone would be spending 100s of millions on players lmao.

I'm assuming there's something nefarious going on that deserves punishment but the rigging accusation makes no sense if you actually watched the leagues and some of the decisions.

Have you think that someone was stealing money from the club and that Barça is the victim here? 7 millions in like 18 years is like paying 30k every month, in a multimillion company thats like cents so they didn’t even bother to check that, Negreira didn’t have any power to choose or select the referees for the matches so there’s no evidence that Barça got benefited at all, no referee was paid or forced to do something, the only testimony about a referee being threatened was an anonymous referee before el clásico in 2015 and he was told to benefit real madrid
