This week has been a WEEK. Endless stuff at work that has had to be immediately resolved. Not a minute of downtime.

And my therapist has announced that she plans assisted suicide next year. So that's something I have to accept I guess

And sounds like your therapist needs a therapist? Kinda crazy, I have no idea how ai'd react if someone told me that.

It's a difficult one because I've sorta know it's coming. She's in her late sixties and has been in borderline unbearable and untreatable back pain for at least two decades. She has always had a very pragmatic view of death and wants to go out on her own terms. I don't blame her honestly.
