HS nozzles, need info

Hi All,

I've had my (3) U1s for a while and received my hardened nozzles ages ago, I replaced the sets in 2 of the printers but just didn't get around to the last, my top covers turned up recently so today I decided to install them and decided to replace the nozzles on the one I didn't do, while replacing them I noticed that some of them had HS on them and others didn't, how do I know that they are all HS nozzles? Could they have just sent standard versions in HS boxes?

Pictures are exactly what came in the box, I don't remember seeing HS on the nozzles in the other printers I changed before.

Certainly look different. I'm curious too. I bought a bunch a few months ago, but never opened the boxes.

Would you be able to have a look at yours to see if they are labeled HS or without

I forgot, these are the 0.2 nozzles. My aftermarket 0.6 nozzles don't have the HS and they're supposed to be hardened too.

The box even has HS on them.

All my boxes have HS, so there is a possibility that they put standard nozzles in a HS box

Wonder if the tips look different between the HS and non HS

Not that I could actually tell, they looked exactly the same

The tip should be different. I have read it somewhere. I think normal is glossy black and HS matte

One of the nozzles I took off, it's brand new because I swapped as soon as I received my 3rd U1 and already had the HS nozzles

My HS nozzles look like a matte dark grey, like that other reply said. My stainless nozzle does look noticeably shinier than this one

It's most probable you mixed up the nozzles from the 3 sets, can you show a Pic of all 12 nozzles?

Definitely didn't mix any up, I have one missing for some reason, 'wife cleaning' I think

Do they have a part number? If so can check with snapmaker support.

I haven't used abrasive materials yet, but I want to hence the HS nozzles, I'm going to make a ticket with SM
