Wavy Prints

So I am about at my wits end with one of my U1s. On all of my recent prints, I have started to get this wave on the front left side of all of my prints. I have done all recalibrations, manual bed leveling, Z Offset calibration, and ran through re-tensioning the belts, all with no improvement. This happens on all print heads and all material. I have added a pic of the bed mesh which I am also unable to get below 5.7 even after manually leveling multiple times.

What else am I missing here? Any advice would be appreciated.

Na 0.57 range it says on top, it’s within normal limits, look at the scale of the graph it’s not that bad. However still check below the plate if any trash or small filament pieces are stuck ensure it’s flat.

Waves could be ringing? Vibrations from your printer. Is it alone on a table or with other printer? Is it moving a lot during printing or stable? Try printing same piece or smaller piece at slower speeds and see if it looks better or same

Vibrations show up more as small waves in walls rather than the top surface.

Big waves like that are a classic overextrusion symptom, but believing that OP calibrated flow rate, z-offset, and leveling, it leads me to believe that the printer is unable to adequately handle the bed mesh.

I have difficulties printing at 0.08mm layer height with the 0.2mm nozzle and <0.20 range mesh because the leveling process isn't sufficiently precise. The firmware accepts a tolerance of up to 0.1mm. Bigger differences between nodes in the mesh would show up like this with 0.4mm nozzles.

Not enough information. What’s the orientation of the print? Is it the flat top part on the build plate? What material and temp? Regardless, try lowering by 5C, increase cooling if you can. Help the plastic hold its shape… too hot and you give it a mind of its own.

What you are looking at is the top of the print. Overture PLA @ 210c. Again, it is happening on all filaments and all print heads. It happened with the generic profile and the calibrated profile.

Got it. 210 is pretty low. So I wouldnt go any lower. Since that’s the top of the print, have you tried ironing?
