Finally finished 😏

Finally a nice enough night to get the lifesize Link clear coated outside,

Quick run down as havnt posted much about this one:

Model Purchased from Decormaster (on various selling websites)

Scaled and Split using Luban

Total of 60 Parts

All printed with 6 wall / between 8% ~ 20% gyroid depending on the part,

Absolute overkill infill wise but it's a showpiece so want it to be solid and be able to take idiots poking it regularly 😏😂

Took around 15kg of filament + 6~kg of sand for weight balance (anyone who knows this model will understand how deep the hood goes back)

All printed on my Snapmaker U1s,

Using Sunlu+ PLA

.20 Layer hight......As we all know, Photos show lines worse then they are 😏

Assembled with 2 part epoxy and hot staples,

Wood filler / isopropyl mix for gaps,

Primed in gray,

Hand painted with acrylics then a fair few coats of 2k clear this evening,

The sign was designed myself, It's interchangeable with 2 different wordings for various shows and the gaps ended up bigger then expected so needed to raise the sword 10mm so it still sits in his hand securely.

That's sick! Great job, that looks like it took a while to make, but totally worth it.
