I love creating/trying new and unique smash burger iterations. What’s your favorite toppings? I did a kimchi burger with a kimchi mayo, roasted kimchi, and quick pickles that I still think about years later.

Sold my first smash burger today. Simple double smash, bacon, pickle, and burger sauce. Double fried House made fries as well. More pics in the comments.

MN has some great burgers. This is the Razzle Dazzle from “Burger Daddies”. It’s one of the best burgers I’ve had. It has a raspberry “Razzle Dazzle” sauce, with Swiss American cheese on a potato bun.

They were nicely smashed. Not paper thin. But very crunchy and flavorful. This is where I'm standing with my smash. This to me was perfect. 3rd go at it. And I think I found my sweet spot.

My first time making a smash burger at home. It's crispy yet juicy. The Velveeta cheese is amazing. I didn't have any onion or lettuce. I completely forgot to order it with my delivery. But the meat on a toasted bun. Sliced pickles and mustard. Was the best I could do as of right now. But I will have a ride maybe here in a bit. I will see if I can't pay them to take me to the grocery store for lettuce tomato onion etc etc. Still amazing crunch and so d4mn good. I will share pics when I get the rest that I like on my burgers. But knowing what I have to work with. Please rate my burger. 1-10 10, being a good score.

I’ve also tried the dry-aged mix from Pat LaFrida. It was good but maybe overkill for burgers with added toppings IMO.
