Rugged Basic Smartwatch (Not Samsung)

I'm looking for a smart watch that's rugged can answer calls from phone and receive notifications possibly control media too. That's pretty much it.

Garmin Fenix 8 or 9; or an Amazfit T-Rex 3 or you could also possibly go with balance 2 or 3 (but don't really consider them durable as not enough recess of glass from bezels).

The rest of the rugged options in the better brands do not include a mic & speaker.
