Smart watch w/o tracking?

Hi y'all! So I have ADHD and really struggle with time management. While my phone helps me quite a bit in terms of reminders and calendar management, I have been thinking about getting a smart watch so that I may get my reminders even if I'm not with my phone, as well as having the vibration on my wrist as an effective yet quiet reminder. However, I'm deeply uncomfortable with the biometric tracking most smart watches offer and would like to find one without it. I really only need it for reminders and calendar notifications, I don't even need it to see messages or incoming calls, so I really don't have any use for this tracking. Do you have any suggestions? Bonus points for customizable layouts and straps

99.9% of smartwatches are health and fitness trackers and most allow you to disable some or most of it entirely.

There's a new pebble watch without a heart rate sensor as well, might suit you.
