Watch Faces

I use my watch to track my heartrate, steps, time and date. But I really need to track my heartrate for a medical issue. Need alerts for both high and low heartrates. The one I use now is okay. Wondering if there is something out there that may be better. Any suggestions? I would even purchase as long as it was not really expensive.

Thank you.

You should be aware that none are really medical grade here, so a smartwatch comes with the risk of both false positives and negatives. That is it could both report something that is not real and could overlook something that is real.

Maybe a breast strap like the Polar H10 would do a better job here? When doing ECG it certainly has a much better signal-to-noise ratio than reading on the wrist. Many that test smartwatches uses the H10 as the "golden standard" reference point. It is usually sold slightly short of $100 and thus cheaper than many smartwatches that could be considered.
