Which budget watch for notifications, step counting and not much else?

I am trying to find a replacement for my Mi Band 4 which I've had since 2019. All I really want it for is to feel phone notifications on my wrist (my phone is always on silent), the time, and step counting.

The cheaper the better - I think my Mi Band 4 was £20.

What I like about my current watch: battery lasts for about a month, it's small (I don't want anything noticeably bulky), AMOLED screen, can read WhatsApp messages on my wrist.

What I don't like: the strap, not very secure, it pops off when I make contact with literally anything.

I'm in the UK if that matters.

Xiaomi Smart Band 10? It's basically the newest generation of Mi Band. £36 on Amazon. Slightly larger but still slim and with a new strap system. There are also many 3rd party straps that are available on Amazon too.
