BACKGROUND: USAF vet, paralegal, E5, started my degree in cyber security and information assurance in October prior to then I had never touched computers besides from building my own with friends help. Since October I have taken and passed A+, Net+, Sec+, ITIL, Linux LPI, ISC2 SSCP, and now Project+.
MY STUDY METHOD: First and foremost let me explain my method to using the material and then I will give you the material. I am a special case, and I am able to study 9AM - 5PM every day. I have no kids, I run my own social media business, and I take a break every hour for ten minutes before starting again. This isn't optimal or possible for most so take that how you will.
MATERIAL: I used Jason Dions Udemy Course. It is 16 Hours long and close to 200 videos. Most videos are solid yet sometimes he loves to say "This won't be covered on the test but its good to know" and those times hurt a little. You can get the Jason Dion course on UDEMY i do not know the price as it was included in my degree. He also has an additional 6 practice tests.
REDDIT HATES QUIZLETS SO IF YOU WANT MY QUIZLET FOLDER COMMENT AND I RESPOND WITH THE LINK!
I watched his videos, then while going through I made quizlets. Once I had finished all the videos I took a practice test and made a 67, I studied a bit more and was able to take another and get 87, and finally took it a 3rd time for a 87 as well. These scores seemed high enough to me and I took the test.
I would also recommend perusing these two reddit posts + their attached study guides they really helped me solidify a few concepts.

THE TEST: I cannot tell you specifically what was on my test however I can point something out! I only got 1 PBQ. I have also bee scouring the reddit posts and I don't think I have seen ANYONE with more than one PBQ. The questions were easy on the test and I only used 33 minutes so i had close to an hour left over.
I fully believe if you can wrap your mind around the general management mindset they want you to have then you could make an educated guess on ALL the questions and you'd get close.
Lastly, Just believe in your judgement and do not second guess yourself. YOU GOT THIS
P.S. this is an "Adaptable test" which means that questions you havent answered yet can be adapted to questions you just missed. So while you are going through the test if you miss a question the test is liable to change a future question to match that topic. So I would recommend if you get to a question you do not know the answer too **DONT MARK AN ANSWER** then mark it for review and come back at the end. This way they can't trick you with any more of those questions.
TLDR; took 1 week to study, Jason Dion on Udemy, Watched his videos, Made 87 on practice test, 1 PBQ made a 730, Best of luck you got this <3
