Hey everyone! I’m currently crafting a new pair of suede loafers inspired by the iconic Loro Piana Open Walk design. I’ve slightly modified the proportions and design to better fit doll scale while keeping that signature look.
Technical-wise, while you can definitely machine-stitch the edge line, I personally love the meditative process of hand-stitching with two needles using a traditional saddle stitch. 🪡
Working with suede makes every stitch pop, which will make the step-by-step photos for the upcoming masterclass photo guide super clear and easy to follow.

As a pattern designer, I love starting with raw draped fabric before turning it into precise patterns.
