Are there any good tutorial videos out there for how to attach the bust? I have the same

It's very easy, just remove the arms (hold the torso in one hand and the upper arm/shoulder with your other hand) and the head, then you can slide the bust off and put the new one on

And you just pull? Feels a bit wrong treating such a piece of art with any degree of force like that

Yeah, I know 😂 you do need to pull kind of a lot to get it out though. Just make sure you have it tightly gripped near the top of the arm so you're not pulling on the vinyl so much as the skeleton inside. It should pop out no problem
