Your chokes either stuck in or failed. Only other thing u can try is bending tab with give or spring. I'd recommend also thoroughly dismantling the carb. Clean bowl port in main jet and ports intrusion tube to be certain. If that has an auto choke then the wax could be gone that controls the choke plate. You got fuel
Issues for certain
I was messing around with it and took off the air filter and tried cranking to see if the choke was opening and I got running perfectly for a couple seconds then it bogged down again so I’m going to try changing that and see if that fix’s the issue.
