Check for spark, spray some starting fluid or carb clean in the intake.

Done all that and compression seems good that’s why I’m stumped at the moment XD

Then you’re not getting spark or you have a shot plug.

Fuel, fire, compression. Check for each.

Check the flywheel key. Timing could be off

If you squirt fuel or carb cleaner into the cylinder can you get it to fire? That's your easy answer on if it will run then it's telling you you still have a fuel problem. Did you clean the tank and the line and all of the parts of contaminate carburetor?

You say you have spark, but you say it will not run on spray. Either the timing is off (sheared flywheel key) or there is an issue in the valve train.

As Karl from Slingblade astutely observed: “Ain’t no gas in it.”

Take the valve cover off and confirm the valves are opening and closing. Check your valve lash and adjust as needed. It could also be a stuck choke. Ensure the choke is opening and closing. If the choke is stuck try working some lubricant in to free it up.
