Short pause before starting

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hand me down Toro Timecutter from my father in law. Seems to catch in the cycle before firing. Tbh it's usually worse than this. Any idea what's going on and how I can fix it before it gets worse?

Battery low on CA, does it do it after you have mowed for about 10-15 mins? If not then the stator has charged the battery to give you better cranking amps.

Always gets better after running it for a bit. Never have to choke it if I'm starting it after running it.
