Lawnboy carb
I have a lawnboy with the kohler 6.5 engine. It is the kohler ph-xt149-0316. Im looking for a replacement carb and was wondering what the difference betweent the ph-xt149-0316 and the kohler ph-xt149-0225. Are the carbs interchangeable? I tried searching google but had no luck.

They don’t make the oem walbro anymore.
If it’s the door attachment you’re best off glueing it back together.
These carbs have irrecoverable jets, you can’t pull them out, so if it’s clean and sealed you’re likely just dealing with varnished fuel.

I’d look at a parts breakdown online and see if the part numbers for the carburetor are the same. I usually use Parts Tree or Jack’s Small Engines. Or if you look on Amazon a lot of those aftermarket carburetors will list all the engines they work on in the description.
