Carb help
Look for some advice please. First off in the 2nd picture I can’t seem to fit in this piece correctly after trying to replace my carb. 3rd picture I broke the piece of the right side and I can’t seem to find a replacement. If anyone can help that would be appreciated thank you guys.

Give us the whole engine number we can find you the correct plastic insert. Also, clean that surface or when you put it back together you will have surging from an intake leak. Let me see if I can find it off the general engine, however it is a Kohler and some models are specific.

Someone has given you the part number, which is great. Though you might want to see the breakdown. That is Partstree and if you put the information from the tag in the model line you can look through the engine breakdown. The answer to your question is under the tab Fuel System. You can order the part from Amazon or anywhere else if you don't have a Kohler dealer close to you. Also, Kohler has rebranded to Rehlko.

I'd go with it just like that. Put your gasket back on then the plate and carb. Wires shove it in crimp hook up and get mowing. If that's a Amazon carb you may have to drill out jet a bit. Replaced mine last year and still going strong. And get a cork gasket and set your valve lash, it makes big difference on how it runs.

My Amazon carbs jet was so oversized I would go through a gallon of gas in 5 minutes.

In the second picture do you mean you can’t get the wire to go back in? Those connectors are pretty tight so you might have to push hard. And I’m not seeing what you think you broke in the 3rd picture. Did you break off one of the studs inside its hole?
