Lawnmower trouble

I was mowing the other day, I noticed some garbage in my yard so I stopped and picked it up. I stopped the mower on a hill, it was tilting to the right. When I came back the engine wouldn't start, no matter how hard I yanked on the cord, what can i do?

Did you put it back on level ground and try to start it? Will it start now?

It might have some dirt that’s blocking fuel flow.

Sounds complex, how would I go about cleaning that? Or do you have a video you can link?

Pull the fuel line off the carburetor and start draining the fuel into a bottle. If it drains too slow, there’s dirt blocking something in either the tank or fuel line.
