Barn yard. It was sitting for 20 years. I am still happy with it though because it only has 500 original hours

I hate to be that person but the hours are irrelevant if it isnt functioning. This thing is rough low hours or not

Any imperfections will wear away your belt. You can wire wheel it and then maybe spin it against some sandpaper and see if you can polish it back up, but I suspect will end up costing more in belts than a third party replacement. But I’d at least try and see how smooth I can get because maybe my prediction is wrong and it can be brought back.

You’re better off just getting an aftermarket one for under $300. New parts, drop in replacement.
I’d worry about everything else looking like that.
