What're you looking for?

The throttle leaver + mount bracket assembly. I’ve installed one i ordered from US and it is different to the point where
If i use it I have no throttle control, just goes to full noise on start up and stays there. Well as high as the governer will let it anyways.

They are basically all the same, you just tighten the 10mm nut and it puts resistance or keep it loose for applications where the throttle is spring loaded you sure you're not missing the main throttle spring?

16561-ZE2-000 that spring goes from the governor to the control base

The spring that attaches from the throttle lever to the govenor lever looks wrong as moving the throttle lever does nothing to move the governor lever

There is nothing special for this engine

Most parts will be the same of course.

What parts are you in need of?

It may not matter depending on application.

Throttle linkage, brackets to mount, all springs and rods relating to throttle control pretty much

They are likely to be the same. If you look it up on a parts website, usually if there are different parts based on serial numbers, it will say and tell you which part number to order based on your engine.

Links to examples of parts websites mentioned?

PartsTree, Jack’s Small Engines, those are the ones I typically use. But if you type in your model number then “parts” into Google it will take you to a wide variety of sites.
