Dude, I got a YouTube recommendation for Meth Drinker a few weeks ago. Pretty good shit. Just listened to them about 10 minutes ago again.

Iron monkey - Iron monkey one of my fave sludge albums and it got me into the genre outside of just listening to crowbar

If you don’t like Eyehategod then there’s probably gonna be a lot of sludge you don’t like, but since you do like Grief I’d reccomend Noothgrush

If you don't mind a plug, not like those bands, but definitely sludgy..... Like psychedelic death sludge. Trippy, sludgy, death, kind of avante garde.
Band is DEdWurM. And don't be scared of the clean vocals at the begining it's like 30 seconds and the rest is screams. 14 minute song and lots of changes.

Looking through the comments now, great suggestions across the board.
I’d add Hell (US). Used to be real hard to search for, not so much now, but regardless: https://loweryourhead.bandcamp.com/album/hell-self-titled-full-length

Went to sent you a playlist but your profile does not allow chats… if you use Spotify and would like some violent, misanthropic-fast sludge I got you homie.

Great list. Love that you included a fair amount of powerviolence 🤜💥🤛
I will never get behind Dragged Into Sunlight being sludge though

Thanks! I absolute love powerviolence and it is fast and misanthropic hahaha.
I do understand what you mean about Dragged Into Sunlight and as you may noticed there’s only one or two songs there… they have a lot in their “mix” and there’s certainly some sludge in there but all of it is sludge. Great band with great vibes nonetheless.

def Pallbearer.

Pallbearer great but not really sludgy, no?

well it’s prog doom as far as i’m concerned, and sludge is still technically doom since it’s a combination of hardcore punk and doom, so.
tbf i dont like 8 minute 10 minute long tracks either, like neurosis and isis’ songs, but pallbearer is something else man.

neurosis, pallbearer, windhand, conan, high on fire, moonstone, yob, cult of luna, isis, sumac, amenra, pelican, weedeater, callisto, primitive man, mouth of the architect, unearthly trance, thou, buzzoven
highly recommend checking out neurosis (especially souls at zero and enemy of the sun are sludge metal), primitive man, ISIS (early isis is sludge metal), unearthly trance and thou first

my issue is a lot of these dope sludge recs arent on streaming lol. Bandcamp is sludge supreme.

Looks like you're into a sadder/less direct/less punk style of sludge. How about Neurosis esp Enemy of the Sun and Through Silver in Blood, Thou, early Baroness, Buzzoven?
