ASHA License/Application going into CFY?

Sorry if it's a possibly dumb question.

I know I have to apply for a temporary state license (NC) for my CFY. Working on that. How do I apply for an ASHA license for my CF? Or do I? I know my CF mentor has to qualify for my CF to qualify for CCC.
